Vickie Adkinson



Vickie is a strategic operational activator who creates a business vision and makes it a reality. She drives operational excellence by championing the development and implementation of strategic plans while coaching and caring for the team. Vickie keeps focus on the end-consumer/customer and has a track record of finding innovative solutions and fostering collaboration across functional teams. She understands that trust and authenticity are vital for a healthy team.


Vickie was recruited from Yale into P&G’s development program. After 8 successful years in Sales and 5 promotions, she transferred into Brand Management where she quickly made her way to Marketing Director of Global Denture Care and North America Scope.


Vickie also led the overall business and marketing function at 2 smaller companies, Candle-lite and Sara Lee. She then brought her 20-yr business experience to the non-profit world of Crossroads Church. Most recently, as VP Operations over Marketing, the in-house R&D team and the Creative Team at Seek Company, she re-launched the Seek brand to bring a consistent, sophisticated look to the company.
