- Mike has extensive worldwide experience in consumer product and packaging innovation, operations, and end to end value and supply chain design and development. During his successful career at Procter & Gamble, he led the design and creation of a worldwide organization responsible for the expansion of product and packaging initiatives, cost innovation, and supply chain optimization for a wide range of consumer product categories. He put into operation strategies for optimized cost and agility at the intersection of R&D/Innovation with Manufacturing/Supply Chain which generated annual savings exceeding 5% of total spending year on year and exceeding $500 million for the 3-year period by integrating cost savings efforts across product categories and regions. His experience has allowed him to provide hands on leadership and operational consulting services for a variety of large (Fortune 500) and small (less than $50 million sales) companies.
