Lee Thibodeau

Lee has a diverse background in marketing, business systems, knowledge management and web development. During his career at P&G, he developed and deployed Intranet Sites and Knowledge Management capabilities for P&G’s Marketing and Consumer Research functions. Materials shared online included best practices and related tools, interactive training modules, case studies, new learning from ~300 Brands globally, “brokered” Q&A, and more. He leveraged P&G Marketing principles and best practices to drive successful deployment and adoption of the latest online productivity enablers to 5000+ primary users world-wide. The resulting behavior changes led to increased expert capacity, better collaboration, improved reapplication of best practices and new learning, and faster more confident decision making. Lee was acknowledged as a functional master of Knowledge Management and consulted with many other intranet site owners on their projects. He also participated in multi-functional projects for cross-site content integration, private work spaces, and the use of internal social media.

Earlier in his career, at Cadbury Schweppes he played the role of key liaison between IT and all other business functions in the development and deployment of online systems including a $3MM Order Management and Sales Reporting System for 5 Beverage Companies in the USA and Canada.
