Jim recently retired from Procter & Gamble (P&G) after a successful 33-year career. He is an award-winning, patent holding CPG sales executive that has been at the evolutionary forefront of category management throughout his career. His leading-edge work spans from the earliest days of computer-aided planograms to, deep category analytics, shopper-based design, shopper psychology, application of shopper trends, omni-channel innovation, and most recently eCommerce category management. Driving Jim’s success is a non-stop curiosity for why shoppers do what they do when they walk into a store or log onto their shopping app. This passion led to breakthrough work with the world’s largest retailers, placing Jim among the top experts at bringing shopper insights to retail reality with winning department and category strategies.  He is an innovator known for connecting commercial needs with technical possibilities, in-store and online.
