James is a passionate global brand builder and marketing strategist with exceptional cross-cultural awareness, insight and listening skills honed across 7 categories, 80+ countries and 12 trade channels. Prior to joining CCC, he spent 26 years at Procter & Gamble and General Electric including 10 years living and working outside of the U.S. building successful startup, turnaround and growth brands in times of crisis and strength. While at P&G, he was regularly selected by senior management to take on the toughest strategic, marketing and organizational challenges.
