Gerry Preece

A 22-year Procter & Gamble Purchases veteran, Gerry made his mark leading the significant expansion of Purchases into P&G’s marketing spend pools. He built purchases/procurement organizations around the globe in areas such as media, advertising agencies, promotions, commercial production, digital marketing, and public affairs. He integrated the work with other functions, established new performance metrics, and drove dramatic results in both added value and cost savings (>$100 million/yr).

As Executive Director at The Matthew Kelly Foundation, he was a key catalyst to significant and necessary changes, such as restructure of the Board, new strategic business models, new marketing strategies and product/service offerings.

Gerry is widely regarded as a rare expert in applying the purchasing/procurement discipline in marketing. His work as a consultant with American Association of Advertising Agencies, GlaxoSmithKline and others has continued to grow his experience and expertise.
