Ute is an international brand builder, strategy expert and business leader. During her 23 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G) she worked primarily in paper products & oral care across Western Europe (WE), Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (CEEMEA) and the US. She led the Feminine Protection Business in CEEMEA to significant growth by developing & executing a powerful strategic plan anchored in a consumer centric expansion of the product and brand portfolio. She also led a multi-functional team in the development & training of “best practices” and “assessment tools” for application of “consumer is boss” across P&G. In total she generated $800 million in additional annual turnover for P&G. Ute’s unique expertise lies in enabling clients to understand and implement a consumer-centric strategy, which leads to financial growth while improving the lives of their consumers.
