Marcus is a Supply Chain professional recognized for his ability to optimize Service, Sales, Cost and Cash. His unique talents of seeing opportunities through the lens of customers and delivering breakthrough sustaining solutions is his hallmark. He has true ‘end-to-end’ experience and know-how spanning from where customers buy, through manufacturing, to raw material procurement.
Marcus’ career has been in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) at Procter & Gamble and The Gillette Company. He is a Lean practitioner with broad mastery in driving a diverse array of breakthrough transformations including in Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Innovation, and Project Management.
In addition to leadership positions in nine FMCG categories, over half of Marcus’ career has been in Global roles. He has covered all retail channels in both developed and emerging markets. Marcus has deep expertise in Supply Network Operations, and has extensive capability in Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Innovation Management. Also, he was a senior leader in P&G’s Asia Pacific American affinity group.
