Since 2008 Leonora has served C-level clients across 30+ industries including consumer electronics, biotech, fashion, financial services, automotive, industrial mining, and health care (medical devices, health insurance, pharma, hospital supply). Leonora’s work spans B2C + B2B, Products + Services + Integrated Solutions, Local + Regional + Global companies, and Start-Ups + Fortune 25 and everything in between.
Previously, Leonora served as a Marketing Executive at Procter & Gamble (P&G), the world’s largest packaged goods company and recognized leader in brand building. Leonora’s 23+ year career at P&G culminated in a General Manager, Global Marketing Knowledge & Innovation role, reporting to P&G’s Global Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Leonora served as a Strategic Advisor to leaders of P&G’s 22 “billion dollar Brands”. She also led P&G’s marketing / digital innovation and built mastery among P&G’s ≈4000 Marketers around the globe. During Leonora’s first ten years at P&G, she served in numerous P/L roles in Food & Beverage and Laundry, including serving as Marketing Director in Laundry, P&G’s largest Category. In these roles, Leonora had a consistent track record of delivering top and bottom line growth.
At P&G, Leonora was recognized as a “Harley Procter Marketer”, the highest distinction which has been awarded to only ≈12 Marketers in P&G history.
Leonora has a proven track record in driving business growth through Marketing excellence across: B2C and B2B; products and services; and Fortune 100 and small/mid-sized private and P/E owned companies. For nearly 20 years, Leonora has had global responsibilities, including developed and emerging markets.
