Eric brings strong and successful experience as a Finance and Operations Leader of a Global Business Unit (GBU). He consistently delivered and sustained strong top and bottom line growth in his career by combining strategic planning, innovation management, cost control, operational discipline and by developing strong Finance leaders and teams.
Eric drove results in different business contexts, encompassing developed and developing geographies, innovation based on continuous upgrades and breakthrough initiatives, creation of new categories and joint ventures. His assignments included leading Finance for P&G’s Global Home Care GBU (growing from $2 to 5Bn revenue) and the Global Baby Care business (aka Pampers, Company’s largest brand, $10Bn). More recently he established the “Paper” Sector operation (~$20Bn), reporting to the Group President of the Business Sector and to the CFO of the Company.
