Cindy had a successful 24-year career at Procter & Gamble leading three major innovations there including initial work on defining and winning with prime prospects, leveraging communication planning to connect when consumers are repetitive and leading the development of P&G’s highly regarded Design Thinking application for P&G business strategy, organizational design, commercial and product innovation to generate previously unimagined solutions. She also provided a hands-on design thinking experience for graduate students at the University of Cincinnati.

Leadership Characteristics

  • Cindy had leadership roles in 3 acquisition teams while at P&G, Iams, Clairol, Gillette helping to ensure excellent transfer of knowledge and strong start up plans. She designed the pre-close integrated Gillette and P&G North American marketing organizational structure.
  • Cindy is a known speaker at national conferences such as FUSE, Design Management Institute, Product Development Association, SHOP and in smaller forums with leadership teams or affinity organizations.
  • She was on faculty for over 10 years at P&G University for Marketing and Research & Development, training on marketing and innovation.
  • Cindy was an adjunct professor at the graduate school of business at the University of Cincinnati.
